Mikal Williams was born and raised in Baytown Texas. He is the son of Marshall Williams, a former Social Security and Bankruptcy attorney that serviced the Texas Gulf Coast until he passed away in 2010. Mikal graduated high school from Marine Military Academy in Harlingen Texas. He received his Bachelors of Science in Sociology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. He received his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law. He has received his certification in mediation with an extended focus on family mediation. Mikal is a member of the Texas Bar College and strives to remain fully informed on all recent changes of law.


Mikal was a professional photographer for many years and still enjoys photography as a hobby. He most recently worked for the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) as an investigator for Child Protective Services before partnering with Michelle Fulton creating Fulton & Williams PLLC. He has extensive knowledge in Family Law, CPS, Social Security Disability, Bankruptcy, Criminal Law, Juvenile and DWI, and DTPA. He serves the Texas Gulf Coast consisting of Galveston County, Harris County, Fort Bend County, Brazoria County, and Chambers County.
